REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We’ll give you a full refund as long as:

• It’s been less than 28 days since you received your item(s)
• You haven’t damaged item(s)
• It’s in resalable new condition e.g. has not been used and the item has not been stained, marked or damaged and is still in its original packaging
• You have proof of purchase, e-receipt, delivery note
• You still have the card or Paypal account you paid with

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are used, have been damaged by the customer or are not returned in a saleable condition.

A refund will only be issued after the item(s) have been returned and received at the returns address, checked and placed back into stock.

Please inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you require a refund, after which you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

If you paid by debit/credit card via Paypal the refund will be issued back onto the original payment method.

POSTAL RETURNS

• Put your item(s) in the original delivery packaging (or something similar), along with your reason for return.
• Post your return back via your chosen postal delivery service to:

• We advise using a signed for postal delivery service, obtain a proof of postage and keep the receipt safe until you receive your refund. We’ll process your return as soon as it arrives at our warehouse and is checked back into stock but it can then take 3 to 5 working days for your bank to show the refund in your account.

IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED

If any part of your order arrived faulty or damaged caused by a manufacturing process, we’ll refund your return delivery charge. We’ll issue a full refund including the postage to send the items back to us through your chosen postal service, but we’ll need you to contact us with proof of fault or damage before you send anything back. If the item(s) you ordered arrived damaged or faulty please contact us. If we have more stock of the item(s) we’ll send you a replacement if required or you can request to return the item(s) for a full refund.

IF YOUR ITEM IS FINE BUT YOU DON’T WANT TO KEEP IT

If you’re sending us a return from within the UK, you’ll need to pay for the postage.
If you’re sending us a return from outside the UK, you’ll need to pay for the postage.
